In 2003, a pivotal moment occurred when their son, Ashley Patrick, joined the business. With his addition, the company evolved into L&F Construction, expanding its services beyond new home construction to include remodeling, home repairs, and custom additions. Ashley brought with him a heart for service, a background in psychology, and experience in both the Marine Corps and ministry—qualities that enhanced the company’s client-centered approach.
